Hello everyone,

After the second season ends, the game crashes for me and the loading screen shows this text it yellow:

the backyard monster code. i never got mine and i qualified for bronze. and its less then a day away till its gone. id like my code for galaxy online please. i have sent in 3 support tickets about this and have heard only one reply gave them the info they request 5 days ago and never heard back. WTF!!!!!

I am able to connect so it’s most likely not a site problem. Try consulting the The Last Stand: Dead Zone FAQ.

Am unable to connect to kongregate using my home ISP.
I do have another connection tho (AT&T Data Card), it connects fine.
That should rule out it being my computer(s), I have several.
I even tried a new install of Win 7 and wouldn’t connect.
Do y’all block any IP Addresses?
I don’t want to put my IP Address here, but will in an email.

Kongregate rarely (and I mean rarely) bans IP Addresses. You can email them at support@kongregate.com.

What’s odd is that it doesn’t seem to be related to the browser at all as, once games stop working, they don’t work on any browser. And, it also doesn’t seem to be related to flash as, once games don’t work, they don’t work with any version of flash even after a complete uninstall/reinstall of flash.

Could there be a general Windows setting or some sort of registry entry causing it?

the new back end is not updating the addresses of any new uploads. – also any new updates I post, like instructions, dont show. It just shows the old stuff. http://www.kongregate.com/games/mp630/armored-assault-beta– for example. just shows black because its looking for an old version that isnt there anymore. Its stuck on version 1.21, when it should be 1.26 that I uploaded a day ago. Instructions are the same. Its showing the instructions for 1.21 even though when I go to edit game it shows the 1.26 instructions I updated.

Did you tried to play the same games on other site, like Armorgames or Begamer? Because it seems its a Kong internal problem.

I uploaded a game, and wanted to add a statistic for high scores, but when I click on ‘save’, nothing happens. From the browser console, it looks like I’m getting a 404 for http://www.kongregate.com/statistics?permalink=heinous-yak-destruction&amp;uploaded_by=AtkinsSJ

I tried adding one to my other game, and it also doesn’t work. Is this just me, or does everyone else have this issue?

I’ve had an issue with games trying to load from assets.kong instead of chat.kong, and many recent games aren’t loading for me. I found an old post that has a “fix” for this issue, though it might not be the same as the issue the OP is about.

please one moderator or anyone who can helps… i cannot contact trial-pay as i said before the security code is empty, obiviosly is not a problem with my pc or whatever beacuse no problems with other sites, so i think it is a problem with trial pay. maybe someone who did the same survey and can help in some ways.
